What is ISMP?

International Student Mentorship Program (ISMP) in Cambodia is a non-profit organization built on Christian values and virtues. Founded in the United States and now active across Asia, we are passionate about empowering high school and university students to dream big and live with purpose.

ISMP Ambassador

Do you already love ISMP? Do you want to get even more involved? Do you want to grow in Leadership, Purpose, and Impact? Check out the ISMP Ambassador Program!

Responsibilities:

  • Support ISMP events and activities

  • Get involved & help with events

  • Help mentors connect to your campus & culture

Prerequisites:

  • Must have existing 8+ hours with ISMP

  • OR have attended Discover Christianity

  • OR received recommendation from mentor

Benefits:

  • Grow your leadership skills

  • Enhance your resume this experience from a global non-profit organization

Timeframe:

The first ISMP Phnom Penh Ambassador cohort will run from June–September 2026 as a 4-month commitment.
