What is ISMP?

International Student Mentorship Program (ISMP) in Cambodia is a non-profit organization built on Christian values and virtues. Founded in the United States and now active across Asia, we are passionate about empowering high school and university students to dream big and live with purpose.

  • Allow opportunities for students to experience enriching cultural exchange. As well as facilitating the enhancement of English proficiency among students by organizing workshops and seminars with native English speakers.

  • We're here to pass on the guidance and support we received from our mentors. Join our English Learning program for comprehensive instruction at both beginner and intermediate levels.

  • Four-week series to equip students with essential skills that will serve them in academics, personal growth, and future endeavors.

    • Focus: The New Superpower

    • Leadership

  • Teaching students practical techniques for starting conversations, making connections, and navigating everyday interactions with ease and confidence

  • Three-part series on building confidence and improving their speaking skills for delivering clear, engaging presentations in front of any audience

  • Exploring cultural differences between Eastern and Western societies to better understand and navigate their unique values, communication styles, and behaviors

  • Develop skills to engage in meaningful, intentional dialogue that fosters deeper connections and effective communication

  • To build connections and practice conversation skills that promote openness, trust, and meaningful interactions

  • Offering personalized support to improve English language skills with a focus on speaking, writing, and grammar

  • Introduces students to key concepts in design, covering essential principles like balance, contrast, alignment, and hierarchy to create visually effective and engaging work
