ISMP New York City

We are the local chapter of ISMP in New York City, serving students at NYU, Columbia University and local colleges across the city. We are working professionals and alumni whose mission is to help international students transition to the US. We offer mentorship, practical workshops, community groups, and more!

What We Offer

  • Mentorship

Our mentors are college graduates and working professionals in America who are dedicated to understanding your academic goals and guiding you through life in America.

  • Practical Workshops

Join our workshops where we cover helpful topics such as time management skills, interview prep, resume writing, career advice, finding a job/internship in America, interpersonal skills, and more!

  • English Conversation Dinners

English Conversation Dinners is a safe space to practice English with our alumni. We enjoy home-cooked meals and warm conversations together.

  • Community Groups

Community groups provide a home away from home. We explore the city, go on fun outings, eat yummy food, and more!
